1.Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Rooferramp LLC ("Rooferramp," "we," "us," or "our"), an Illinois company located at 3725 West Columbia Avenue, Lincolnwood, Illinois. They govern your use of Rooferramp.co and any related services (the "Site" or "Services"). By using the Site, submitting a form, booking a calendar appointment, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2.Who May Use the Site

The Site is intended for roofing professionals and businesses located in the United States. To use it you must be at least 18 years old, and in no event under 13. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. The Services are offered only to users in the United States. If you are outside the United States, you may not use the Site.

3.Our Services

Rooferramp provides services to roofers and roofing businesses. Through the Site, you can complete a calendar or booking form to request a call, appointment, or consultation with us. After you submit the form, we may contact you by text message and other means regarding your request, your appointment, and our services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time.

4.Accounts and Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in any form you submit, including your name, phone number, email address, and business details. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for any activity that happens through information you submit. You confirm you have authority to bind any business you submit information on behalf of.

5.Text Message (SMS) Terms

By submitting a form on the Site and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Rooferramp at that number, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, service updates, and messages about our services. These messages may be sent using an automated system.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive texts in order to buy anything from us.
  • Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  • To stop messages, reply STOP at any time. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
  • For help, reply HELP or email support@rooferramp.co.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Text messaging is powered by our service provider, GoHighLevel.

6.Payments

If you purchase any product or service from us, payments are processed by Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy policy, and you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due. We do not store your full card number on our servers. You agree to provide valid payment information and to pay all fees, taxes, and charges shown at the time of purchase. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect an order you have already completed.

Refunds and cancellations.

Unless a different refund or cancellation policy is stated at the time of purchase or in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable once services have begun or been delivered. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@rooferramp.co within 30 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

7.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
  • use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose;
  • submit false, misleading, or someone else's information without permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
  • introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • scrape, copy, or collect data from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
  • use the Site to send spam or unsolicited messages; or
  • violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8.Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, design, and software, is owned by Rooferramp LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

9.Third-Party Services

The Site and Services rely on third-party providers, including Stripe (payments) and GoHighLevel (scheduling, communications, and customer management). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we do not control their availability or practices.

10.Disclaimers

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED. We do not guarantee any particular business outcome, lead volume, revenue, or job count.

11.Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOFERRAMP LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) IF YOU PAID NOTHING. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rooferramp LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13.Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

14.Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us at support@rooferramp.co and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

15.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16.General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement between you and us, are the entire agreement between you and Rooferramp regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business.
